I have known and worked with William for about 15 years at Johnston Carmichael. For the last year he worked directly for me. William has a “can do” attitude and takes on any project with enthusiasm and an attention to detail. An example of a project would be where he transitioned the firm from using Skye for Business to Teams. He created training guides and carried out group training sessions for the staff to move them across to the new system. William is a very patient person and has that unique ability to dispense with technical jargon when speaking to end users building up trust – while still understanding the technical background. He also provided one to one training as required as well as class room training sessions working with the business lines.
