Computer Trainer

I have worked in and around technology and training for over 25 years. I spent the last 15 years as the dedicated IT Trainer for a large firm of accountants, where I looked after 800 people spread across 11 offices from Inverness to Glasgow and beyond.

I am a qualified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, a SharePoint 365 PowerUser and have a MSc in eBusiness. I Also have infinite patience and believe there is no such thing as a stupid question.

I have delivered thousands of training courses classroom style, live online and to individual users one-to-one, plus I have created a wealth of manuals, quick guides and training videos. I have also collaborated with industry experts to create Excel spreadsheet models, Word templates and a host of electronic forms for use within a business environment.

I am passionate about empowering people with the knowledge and confidence to use their computers safely and efficiently.

I live in South Aberdeenshire near Laurencekirk and deliver computer training throughout Scotland and the North of England.
