General Information
  • Availability: at your home or business
    • Between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday (standard rates apply)
    • Overnight (please get in touch for a bespoke quote)
  • Availability: Live online
    • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to any country around the world
  • Delivery: training can be delivered
    • In person in your home or at your business premises
    • Live online using Zoom, Teams or Messenger. Please note: for online training, if you have not used Zoom, Teams or Messenger before you may require a short one-off training session before you start
    • By telephone if you only require advice or support
  • Travel: If training is delivered live online there are no travel costs. You only pay for the trainers time
  • Covid-19: If training takes place at your home or business PPE will be worn by the trainer and standard government safety practices adhered to
  • Format: Training is instructor lead and based on Windows 10. Training based on Windows 7 is available, however please be aware Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft and is now considered obsolete.
  • Equipment: A training laptop is not supplied. The trainee uses their own computer. The instructor will provide and use their own laptop to demonstrate features and investigate queries
  • Wi-Fi: Depending on the topics being covered it may be necessary for the Instructor to connect to the local Wi-Fi
  • Training exercises and files: When required training files will be emailed to the trainees prior to the course
  • Manuals and literature: Bespoke, printable quick guides and manuals will be available to purchase as an optional extra within three working days of the course. The price and availability will be held for three months
Payment
  • Online training: all payments MUST be made in advance.
  • Face to face training: all payments must be made in advance or at the start of the session
  • Payment method: Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer. Payment is accepted in a number of different currencies. If you wish to pay in a currency other then GBP please get in touch for a bespoke quote and more information.
  • Business Clients: an invoice can be issued prior to the training. Regular business clients may wish to receive a monthly invoice after a short introductory period.
  • The instructor reserves the right to cancel any training session at short notice if payment agreed in advance is not received.
